What to pack for camp
Camp Wyoba is 8000 feet above sea level and weather can change rapidly, and drastically. Layering of clothing works best for warmth in wet or cold weather. Campers are responsible for their own belongings and marking of clothing is suggested but not required. The cabins have concrete floors and are colder than you would think, so bring warmer bedding than you think necessary. Most activities occur outdoors, so clothing should be appropriate for outdoor Christian camping (modesty, please!).

ADVICE FOR OTHER ITEMS: Campers only have about an hour a day during quiet time when they are not busy doing activities. We suggest your child bring a book, journal, coloring, or music to listen to during this time.
UNDERSTANDING REGARDING CELL PHONES: We understand that many campers use their cell phone to take pictures or listen to music during quiet time. The use of cell phones for these activities is okay. Because your child is coming to camp to escape from everyday life, we do not allow internet surfing or texting during camp activities. Please share with your kids that they should plan on making the most of camp by participating in the activities we have prepared for them. Some camp directors may ask campers to turn in their cell phones. Cell phones will be returned at the end of camp.
PROHIBITED! AGAINST THE LAW! You will be sent home... or worse! Fireworks, matches, alcoholic beverages, illicit drugs, tobacco products, weapons, knives, guns, nuclear warheads.
